Aur jaise hi aap sabhi details fill karke account opening process (खाता खोलने की प्रक्रिया) ko pura kar lenge to aapko turant aapka Customer ID aur Account Number Dediya Jaayega . Account khul jaane ke baad aapko aapke Email ID par e -Welcome Kit bhej di jaayegi . e -Welcome Kit mein aapke account ki saari jaankariyan hoti hain , aur isiliye e -Welcome Kit password se protected hoti hai . Account khulne ke kuch dino baad aapko Debit/ATM Card aapke address par bhej diya jayega . Yeh SB General Account (सामान्य खाता) hoga , ismein aapko banking ki sabhi sevayen milengi jaise ki Debit/ATM Card, Chequebook, Internet Banking, ePass Sheet, Passbook aur Mobile Banking.

Canara Bank mein online Savings Account kholne ke liye sabse pehle aapko apne mobile phone ke ‘App Store’ se Canara Bank ka ‘Canara DIYA’ app download karna hoga .

‘Communication Address’ (संचार पता) ek hi hai to aapko ‘ Communication address same as above’ par correction tick lagakar next karna hoga .
Step 6: Iske baad jinke paas PAN Card hai unko apna PAN Card verify karana hoga. Aur jinke paas PAN Card nahi hai unko ‘Declaration Form’ (घोषणापत्र) fill karna hoga. To agar aapke paas PAN Card hai to ‘I Have PAN’ par tick mark lagaiye. Aur agar PAN Card nahi hai to ‘I Don’t Have PAN’ par tick mark lagaiye aur next kariye iske baad aapko ek declaration form bharna hoga. Aur form bharne ke baad aapko next karna hoga. Lekin jinke paas PAN Card hai unko ‘I Have PAN’ par click karke next par click karna hoga. Next par click karne ke baad aapko apna PAN Card verify karana hoga.
Step 7: PAN Card Verify karane ke liye aapko apna PAN Card number dalna hoga. PAN Card Number dalne ke baad aapko verify par click karna hoga, uske baad aapka PAN Card verify ho jayega phir aapko next par click karna hai.
Step 8: Iske baad aap se Passport Number, driving License Number, Profession (व्यवसाय), Voter ID Number aur Gross Annual Income (सकल वार्षिक आय) pucha jayega. Lekin yeh sabhi details dena zaroori nahi hai, sirf aapko Profession (व्यवसाय) aur Gross Annual Income (सकल वार्षिक आय) hi batana hoga. Uske baad aapko next karna hoga.
Step 9: Iske baad aapko aapke Account ki jaankari di jaayegi aur iske features aur facilities ke baare mein bataya jaayega. Yeh sab dekhne ke baad aapko ‘Proceed’ par click karna hoga.
Step 10: Is step mein aapko aapke father (पिता) aur aapki mother (माता) ka naam dena hoga. Iske baad aapko apna marital status (वैवाहिक स्थिति) batana hoga ki aap single (अविवाहित) hain ya married (विवाहित). Iske baad aapko nomination (नामांकन) ke baare mein batana hoga yadi aap kisi ko nominee (नामांकित व्यक्ति) banana chahte hain to ‘Yes’ par tick mark lagaiye aur nahi banana chahte hain to ‘Maybe later’ par tick mark lagaiye, aur next par click kar dijiye.
Step 11: Yeh step unke liye hai jo nominee (नामांकित व्यक्ति) add karna chahte hain. Iske liye ‘Yes’ par tick mark lagana hota hai jab ‘Do you want to Nominate?’ pucha jata hai to. Yes par click karke jab aap next karte hain to aapse nominee ki details maangi jaati hai. Agar nominee 18+ hai to aapko nominee ka naam aur uski date of birth deni hoti hai aur agar minor (नाबालिग) hai to nominee ke guardian (अभिभावक) ki detail bhi deni hoti hai. Yahan aapko nominee ka naam, uske sath aapka kya rishta hai aur uski date of birth batani hai. Nominee ka address bhi pucha jayega lekin agar aapka address aur nominee ka address ek hi hai to ‘Same as my address’ par correction mark laga ke next kar sakte hain. Lekin agar nominee ka address aur aapka address alag-alag hai to ‘Same as my address’ se correction mark hata ke nominee ka address daal sakte hain aur phir next par click kariye.
Step 12: Is step mein aapko apni branch choose karni hogi, uske liye aapko ‘Choose your branch’ par click karna hoga. Choose your branch par click karne ke baad aapko apna state choose karna hoga uske liye aap apne state ka naam likhkar search kar sakte hain. State choose karne ke baad aapko apni branch choose karni hogi uske liye aap apni city, apne district ya area ka naam likhkar search kar sakte hain aur aapko aapki bank branch mil jaayegi. Branch choose karne ke baad aapko ‘Continue’ par click karna hoga.
Step 13: Yeh aakhiri step hai ismein aapko apna Mobile Number aur Email ID deni hoti hai, uske baad next par click karna hota hai. Phir aapke mobile number par ek OTP bheja jata hai jisko ‘Mobile OTP’ kahte hain. Yahan yeh OTP dalna hota hai aur uske baad aapko ‘Open Account’ par click karna hota hai aur aapka Account khul jaata hai.
Iske baad thoda sa time lagta hai process complete (प्रक्रिया पूरी) hone mein aur aapko apna Customer ID aur Bank Account Number mil jaata hai. Sath hi aapko yeh bhi bataya jaata hai ki eWelcome Kit aapke registered e-mail par bhej diya gya hai. eWelcome Kit mein aapke account ki sabhi details hoti hain.
eWelcome Kit password se protected hota hai aur iska password aapke naam ke shuru ka 4 letter aur aapki date of birth ke shuru ka 4 number hota hai. Jaise ki agar aapka naam OMPURI hai aur aapki date of birth 05 August 1990 hai to aapka password hoga OMPU0508. Lekin agar aapka naam 4 letter ka nahi ho to apne naam ke shuru mein 9 jod den jisse ki who 4 letter ka ban jaye.

Lekin jab tak aap bank branch jaakar is account ki Full KYC aur verification complete nahi kara lete tab tak aapko is account par kuch restrictions (प्रतिबंध) jhelne padenge jaise ki aap is account mein bina verification complete kiye 1 lakh se zyada paise nahi rakh sakte hain.
Aapko 12 maheene ke andar verification complete karana hota hai, agar aap nahi karate hain to aapka account band kiya jaa sakta hai.
Is account mein minimum balance bhi maintain karna padta hai. Metro, Shahri aur ardh shahri (semi urban) area mein 1000 minimum balance rakhna hoga aur grameen (rural) area mein 500 minimum balance apne account mein rakhna hoga.
